Proof66 Notes

Campo de Encanto Acholado is a blend of different grape varietals (hence the term "acholado"), in this case 74% Quebranta grape, 6% Torontel, 4% Moscatel, and 16% Italia. The spirit is rested for 1 year prior to bottling. It is distilled to a strength of 85 proof with no blending, preserving a great deal of the essence and aroma of the grape (compare with whiskey or vodka, which is distilled much higher and then blended back down to ~80 proof).
