Proof66 Notes

Hell's Half Acre is said to be an alley of debauchery in the south of Fort Worth that catered to cowboys driving their cattle into the city, presumably flush with money ready to spend. The vodka is made from a base of "dextrose powder made from cassava root." This is an exceptionally unusual ingredient for vodka—the only cassava root spirit we're aware of (as of July, 2016)—and ticks off all the hipster requirements of GMO-free, organic, kosher, and gluten free.
