Roberto Cavalli Vodka

Bottle/Rating Data

Proof66 Notes

First released in 2006, Robert Cavalli vodka--or "fashion on the rocks"--is named for Italian fashion designer Robert Cavalli, who the New York Magazine describes as having a "flamboyant Italian style" and celebrating "glam, rock, and animal prints" with designs that are "wild, sexy, erotic, and fluid." The vodka itself is produced in Italy (Tuscany, SRL) and dedicated to the "sexy women who are the eternal muse for Cavalli style." The spirit is made from a wheat distillate--a popular style for French and Russian vodka that tends to create a very soft, approachable, and smooth-mixing spirit. It is blended down with Monte Rosa spring water for mineral content and taste. The bottle was designed by Cavalli himself with opaque glass and twirling serpents.
