Proof66 Notes

Dry Fly Cask Strength Wheat Whiskey takes their young-aged, 100% wheat whiskey and bottles it at "cask strength," which means uncut by water and, in this case, a bottling strength of 120 (far greater than the typical 80 to 90).

Dry Fly Distilling Company's name came from its founders Don Poffenroth and Kent Fleischmann, who conceived of the idea of distilling while flyfishing on the Gallatin River in the Pacific Northwest.
