Proof66 Notes

Macinlay's Rare Old Highland Malt is a replica scotch made in the image of the somewhat famous scotch found Ernest Shackleton's hut in Antarctica from in 2007 (the scotch itself is from 1909--see the fascinating story at the Luxist). The limited edition run is said to have come out with 50,000 bottles. (Hat tip to the Whisky Brother for the information)

Floral nose with a hint of peat. Smooth and easy drinking. Not a very long finish.
